I was sitting in my favorite sixth grade class - Civics. I remember the TV mounted on the mint green wall, where we watched as networks replayed planes crashing into the towers. I was in complete disbelief - unable to wrap my mind around the reality of what that day meant for our country. I remember it was a beautiful day. You could see the clear blue skies beyond the crash. That day quickly turned into chaos - a national tragedy. There are moments in your life, when you just don't forget where you are when certain moments in history happen. For my mom it was JFK's death, for me it's 9/11. It's hard to believe it's been ten years. Let us never forget...
